SkyAI hat seine gesamte Solana-Treasury verkauft und bietet nun an, eigene Aktien und Warrants f\u00fcr bis zu 201,3 Millionen US-Dollar zur\u00fcckzukaufen. Das Unternehmen setzt daf\u00fcr Barmittel ein und beendet damit seine direkte SOL-Position \u2013 eine konkrete \u00c4nderung der Kapitalallokation, die auch die bisherige Treasury-Strategie umkehrt.<\/p>

Nach Angaben von Cointelegraph und crypto.news hielt SkyAI nach dem Verkauf zum 16. Oktober 2026 rund 223,8 Millionen US-Dollar in bar. Das Barangebot deckt bis zu 95 Prozent jeder ausstehenden Aktien- und Warrantsklasse ab und soll vollst\u00e4ndig aus diesen vorhandenen Mitteln finanziert werden.<\/p>

R\u00fcckkaufangebot folgt auf vollst\u00e4ndigen SOL-Verkauf<\/strong><\/h2><\/span>

Das Unternehmen hatte den R\u00fcckkauf am 11. Oktober zun\u00e4chst mit einer Bedingung zum SOL-Kurs verkn\u00fcpft. Diese Vorgabe wurde gestrichen, nachdem SkyAI seine Tokenbest\u00e4nde liquidiert hatte; laut den Berichten ist das Angebot damit nicht mehr an den Solana-Preis gekoppelt.<\/p>

Aktion\u00e4re und Warranthalter k\u00f6nnen ihre Wertpapiere direkt an SkyAI zu einem festen Preis zur\u00fcckgeben. Die Angebotsunterlagen sehen laut crypto.news 3 US-Dollar je Aktie vor; f\u00fcr berechtigte Warrants wird der Aus\u00fcbungspreis von 0,0001 US-Dollar abgezogen. Das Angebot l\u00e4uft dem Bericht zufolge bis zum 29. Oktober, sofern SkyAI es nicht vorher verl\u00e4ngert oder beendet.<\/p>

Bei vollst\u00e4ndiger Aussch\u00f6pfung der H\u00f6chstsumme w\u00fcrden von den gemeldeten 223,8 Millionen US-Dollar vor Transaktionskosten rechnerisch etwa 22,5 Millionen US-Dollar verbleiben. Der R\u00fcckkauf w\u00fcrde damit den Gro\u00dfteil des ausgewiesenen Cash-Bestands beanspruchen. Anders als ein weiterer Tokenkauf flie\u00dft das vorgesehene Kapital in Wertpapiere des Unternehmens zur\u00fcck.<\/p>

Vom SOL-Treasury zur KI-Finanzplattform<\/strong><\/h2><\/span>

SkyAI firmierte zuvor als Sharps Technology und startete seine Solana-Treasury-Strategie im August 2025, nachdem es durch eine Privatplatzierung mehr als 400 Millionen US-Dollar aufgenommen hatte. Im darauffolgenden Monat erwarb das Unternehmen mehr als zwei Millionen SOL.<\/p>

Zum Jahresende 2025 hielt SkyAI rund 2,08 Millionen SOL mit einer Kostenbasis von 403,1 Millionen US-Dollar. Der Bestand war damals mit 250,1 Millionen US-Dollar bewertet; daraus ergaben sich laut den im Cointelegraph-Bericht angef\u00fchrten Finanzangaben nicht realisierte Verluste von rund 153 Millionen US-Dollar. Der vollst\u00e4ndige Verkauf markiert nun den Bruch mit diesem Bilanzansatz.<\/p>

Das Unternehmen will dennoch eine Finanzplattform entwickeln, die Stablecoin-Infrastruktur auf Solana mit k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz verbindet. Der Ausstieg aus der SOL-Treasury bedeutet somit nicht, dass SkyAI seine geplante Plattform aufgibt: Die Solana-Infrastruktur bleibt Teil des Vorhabens, w\u00e4hrend der Tokenbestand nicht mehr als Treasury-Reserve gehalten wird.<\/p>

Der Wechsel steht im Kontrast zu b\u00f6rsennotierten Treasury-Unternehmen, die weiter auf Krypto-Best\u00e4nde setzen. Auch Strategy setzt bei seiner Kapitalallokation auf Bitcoin-K\u00e4ufe<\/a> \u2013 SkyAI richtet die Mittel dagegen auf den R\u00fcckkauf eigener Wertpapiere aus.<\/p>

Aktienkurs und n\u00e4chste Frist<\/strong><\/h2><\/span>

Die SkyAI-Aktie schloss am Montag, dem 19. Oktober, laut Yahoo Finance bei 2,79 US-Dollar und lag damit 5,3 Prozent \u00fcber dem Vortag. Im Monatsvergleich hatte sie rund 65 Prozent zugelegt, auf Jahressicht jedoch etwa 41 Prozent verloren.
