XRP trades at $1.41, down by more than 6% over the week, as Evernorth’s Nasdaq debut under ticker XRPN approaches, which is bullish for the coin’s price prediction. The listing puts a publicly traded company with a reported 473 million XRP treasury in focus. Evernorth’s business combination with Armada Acquisition Corp. II reportedly closed on October 9, following a delay from October 8 tied to an administrative issue. The company also has roughly $300 million in gross cash proceeds and says it intends to actively deploy capital across XRP ecosystem strategies, including institutional yield and on-chain credit.
Its debut was expected today, October 12, subject to customary conditions and Nasdaq requirements. With XRP near support after a reported weekly pullback, the debut may test whether institutional exposure can shift spot demand.
