Additionally,<\/p>\n<p>Zhu said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We anticipate setting a new record for a crypto ETF debut in Hong Kong.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Meanwhile,<\/p>\n<p>Wayne Huang from OSL detailed the operational readiness, emphasizing that substantial funds had already been mobilized in <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/hong-kong-approves-bitcoin-and-ethereum-etfs-as-us-lingers-on-eth-approval\/\">anticipation of the launch<\/a>. He added that the pre-market transactions suggest strong demand that is expected to continue into the first day of official trading.<\/p>\n<p>The ETFs, which are the first in Asia to offer spot trading of Bitcoin and Ethereum directly through an exchange, aim to attract both <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/top-chinese-mutual-funds-exploring-bitcoin-etfs-via-hong-kong-units\/\">local and international investors<\/a> by offering more flexible investment mechanisms compared to their US counterparts.<\/p>\n<p>The launch is seen as a pivotal moment for Hong Kong's digital assets market, positioning the city as a leading global financial hub in the burgeoning sector of digital assets.
