The full list of charges includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operating an online platform facilitating illegal transactions in an organized group<\/li>\n<li>Refusal to provide requested information and documents necessary for legal interceptions<\/li>\n<li>Possession and distribution of child pornography in an organized group<\/li>\n<li>Involvement in narcotic substances trafficking<\/li>\n<li>Provision of tools and data for illegal access to automated data processing systems<\/li>\n<li>Organized fraud<\/li>\n<li>Criminal association for committing crimes punishable by five or more years of imprisonment<\/li>\n<li>Money laundering related to organized crime<\/li>\n<li>Providing cryptology services without proper certification<\/li>\n<li>Importing cryptology tools without prior declaration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The investigation, which began on July 8, is spearheaded by the Fight against Cybercrime Unit (JUNALCO) of the Paris Prosecutor's Office.
