Since these firms are not officially involved, they are not subject to the oversight and safeguards built into the project\u2019s pilot framework.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1788\">The regulator cautioned that investors and market participants should thoroughly verify the licensing status of any firm offering <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/dubai-offers-tokenization-sandbox-to-boost-digital-finance-leadership\/\">virtual asset-related services in Dubai<\/a>. VARA urged the public to treat any unverified promotional material or service offering with skepticism and report suspicious activity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"2072\">In parallel, the DLD reaffirmed its commitment to the tokenization project, which aims to digitize property title deeds and convert them into <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/circle-acquires-rwa-issuer-hashnote-partners-with-drw-to-enhance-usdc-liquidity\/\">real-world asset (RWA)<\/a> tokens using blockchain technology.
