Helping to organize a decentralized list of blockchain companies, <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/companies\/ibm-blockchain\/\">IBM<\/a> has joined the Hacera\u00a0Unbounded Registry as a founding member.<\/p>\n<h2>&#8216;Yellow Pages of Blockchain' Launched<\/h2>\n<p>The Hacera <a href=\"https:\/\/unbounded.network\/\">Unbounded Registry<\/a>\u00a0acts as a &#8220;yellow pages of blockchain&#8221; for projects built on distributed ledger technologies (DLT) and will allow users to register, join, search and transact across multiple blockchain solutions, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/blogs\/blockchain\/2018\/09\/the-yellow-pages-of-blockchain-has-arrived-networks-are-now-visible-to-the-world\/\">blog post.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Designed for interoperation, the Unbounded Registry also links to popular blockchain protocols such as the <a href=\"http:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/coins\/stellar\">Stellar Network<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/companies\/hyperledger\">Hyperledger<\/a> Sawtooth and <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoslate.com\/companies\/r3\/\">R3<\/a> Corda.<\/p>\n<p>The decentralized project list strives to provide users with a single source of information on all blockchain projects, making it easier for businesses and individuals to answer questions about blockchain solutions themselves.<\/p>\n<p>In the blog post, Jerry Cuomo, vice president of blockchain technologies at IBM, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We realized from the start that you cannot do blockchain on your own; you need a vibrant community and ecosystem of like-minded innovators who share the vision of helping to transform the way companies conduct business in the global economy.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Hacera and IBM have collaborated on developing blockchain projects since 2016. Hacera joined the IBM Blockchain ecosystem as one of its first members, working toward the release of the Hyperledger Fabric 1.0 in 2017.
