Bitget, the world's largest Universal Exchange (UEX), has expanded GetAgent 2.0, the exchange's AI-powered market assistant, with research capabilities covering both digital assets and traditional financial markets.
The upgraded system can analyze cryptocurrencies alongside markets such as stocks, gold and oil, giving users a broader view of factors that may influence asset prices.
The update also changes how users can interact with the assistant. Instead of limiting AI support to individual questions, GetAgent 2.0 allows users to schedule reports, receive event reminders and, where available, monitor specific conditions over time.
GetAgent adds cross-market research
The expansion reflects the growing overlap between crypto and traditional markets. Investors and traders may track several asset classes simultaneously, particularly when changes in interest rates, commodities, equities or broader economic conditions affect digital assets.
GetAgent 2.0 is designed to bring those different sources of market information into a single research process. Users can ask about individual assets or investigate relationships between markets, such as potential connections between Bitcoin, gold, equities and macroeconomic developments.
The assistant organizes relevant market data, events and fundamental information into analysis covering potential market conditions, important price levels and associated risks.
"As we bring more markets onto Bitget, we also need to make it easier for users to understand what is happening across them," said Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget. "Someone looking at Bitcoin today might also be watching gold, Nvidia or oil. GetAgent brings that research together, so users can make the connections between markets, decide what matters to them and keep following those developments over time."

The approach reflects Bitget's wider Universal Exchange strategy, which aims to bring crypto and traditional financial products into a more unified trading environment.
As the number of markets available through the platform increases, GetAgent is being positioned as a research layer that can help users analyze those markets from the same interface.
Moves toward continuous monitoring
Another change in GetAgent 2.0 is the ability to continue research after an initial conversation.
Users can schedule market reports and reminders for specific events, while supported features allow them to establish conditions that GetAgent can monitor. This means users can specify what developments they want to follow instead of repeatedly requesting the same information manually.
The feature also forms part of Bitget's broader move toward an agent-based approach to AI. Rather than simply responding to individual prompts, GetAgent can use information supplied by users to maintain a research workflow and provide follow-up information according to predefined instructions.
That could allow users to monitor an asset, market event or cross-market relationship over a longer period and incorporate new developments into their ongoing analysis.
The system is intended to support the research process rather than replace users' own decisions. Market analysis can help identify relevant developments, potential entry conditions, price levels and risks, but the interpretation of that information remains dependent on the user's objectives and risk tolerance.
GetAgent 2.0 is now available to Bitget users, with supported assets and functions expected to expand as the exchange continues developing its Universal Exchange infrastructure.
