The Crypto.com Card reviewed here is the US Visa Signature credit card issued by Comenity Capital Bank. It pays rewards in BTC or CRO. Crypto.com also operates separate prepaid card programs with different regional terms.
The US card uses a credit line and requires credit approval. Basic has no annual fee, subscription or CRO lockup and earns 1.5% on eligible purchases. Higher Level Up tiers require a subscription or CRO lockup. The prepaid programs use a loaded fiat balance instead.
Crypto.com has marketed card-linked rewards as a consumer on-ramp alongside its broader product suite, including trading, custody, and on-chain infrastructure. Over time, the card program has been updated to reflect changes in rewards sustainability, regional regulations, and issuer partnerships. Crypto.com has also revised certain premium perks for legacy cardholders, including discontinuing select rebates for some higher tiers beginning in late 2025.

The Crypto.com Card lineup has historically included multiple tiers, often distinguished by card material (plastic versus metal) and higher reward ceilings at premium levels. The following tier names have been used across major markets.
Benefits can include CRO rewards on eligible purchases, rebates or reimbursements for select subscriptions, and airport lounge access through Priority Pass in certain markets. Crypto.com has also run time-limited promotions that temporarily increase rewards or add new rebates, and it has periodically removed or reshaped perks for some tiers as program terms evolve.
US credit-card purchases draw on the Comenity credit line and are repaid through the card account. Rewards settle in the selected BTC or CRO asset. Separate prepaid cards require top-ups from supported fiat or crypto funding methods. Converting crypto for a prepaid top-up may incur a spread and create a taxable disposal.
The US Visa Signature credit card is issued by Comenity Capital Bank to eligible applicants, excluding New York. Prepaid products in other supported markets retain their own issuers, networks and eligibility rules.
The US Basic credit card has no annual fee. Optional Plus and Pro subscriptions cost $4.99 and $29.99 per month, with CRO lockup alternatives. Interest and other issuer charges can apply. Spending capacity follows the approved credit line. Prepaid top-up, ATM and foreign-exchange fees remain separate and vary by region and tier.
