- Sweeps Rules dated and versioned
- Clean lobby with tabs and search

- Mail-in pays 1 SC per request
Casino Click Welcome Offer
A new account starts with 100,000 Gold Coins, credited once you register. That's play money, and Casino Click doesn't publish a Sweeps Coin amount for the sign-up gift, so the redeemable part of your welcome comes from the first purchase.
That purchase is the Coin Shop's one-time welcome deal of 550,000 GC plus 55 free SC for $19.99. A standard pack gives 1 SC per dollar, so the deal works out to roughly 2.75 SC per dollar, and the first purchase also adds 10 free SC spins on Joxer. Against other sweepstakes casino sites, that's a good rate if you already plan to spend about $20, though anyone who never buys starts with Gold Coins only.
Casino Click Promo Code and Bonus Codes
You don't need a Casino Click promo code. The Gold Coins arrive with the account, and the welcome deal sits at the top of the Coin Shop with no code box. Free extras come from the daily Prize Scratch, Click Club missions and Facebook giveaways, covered in the next section.
Casino Click Bonus Terms and Promotional SC Conditions
The playthrough is light on paper, but the list of games that count toward it is shorter than the lobby.
A 1x playthrough is standard for sweepstakes casinos. Still, every live game and every table game is left out, so live-game players have to clear promotional SC on eligible games first. The two slots with the highest returns we read, Book of 99 and Epic Joker, are excluded by name too. The Terms also let Casino Click ask for more plays at its discretion, though the Sweeps Rules set no other figure.
Free Sweeps Coins and Ongoing Rewards at Casino Click
Players who never buy get a daily scratch card, mission rewards and the odd social giveaway. Most of it pays in Gold Coins, free SC spins or Clickoins, the rewards hub's own currency, with Sweeps Coins as one prize among several.
| Freebie | Typical amount | How to get it |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-up gift | 100,000 GC | Register an account |
| Prize Scratch | GC, SC, free SC spins or Clickoins | One free try a day in the rewards hub |
| Click Club missions | Points toward level rewards | Tasks such as playing three slots or setting a nickname |
| Facebook giveaways | Stated on each post | Follow the post's rules, credited within 48 hours |
| Mail-in request | 1 SC | One handwritten card per envelope |
Each mail-in request pays 1 SC, a fraction of the 4 to 5 SC per card that's normal for sweepstakes casinos. You need a verified account first, then a 12-digit Postal Request Code from your account that lasts 30 days. Write it by hand on a 4×6 card with the details the Sweeps Rules list and post it in a #10 envelope to Casino Click, PO Box 26, Newark, NY 14513.
Daily Login and Free Coin Drops
The everyday freebie is the Prize Scratch, a free scratch card you can play once a day. Prizes can be Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, free SC spins or Clickoins, and the coin prizes land in Pending Rewards, where you have 24 hours to claim them. Casino Click doesn't publish the prize odds or amounts, so the scratch is a bonus on top of your play, not a routine you can plan around. The Sweeps Rules also mention a daily login gift that turns up “from time to time” through the Coin Store.
Tournaments, Races, and Seasonal Promos
The competitive side is quiet, with the Weekly Leaderboard as the one standing event.
For a returning player that's a light calendar, and most of the ongoing value sits in the Click Club.
Click Club at Casino Click
The Click Club suits players who log in most days and like a target to aim for. Missions in the rewards hub award points, and each level you finish pays a reward, from Gold Coins and free SC spins at the start to gift cards and Sweeps Coins at the top.
Casino Click VIP and Loyalty Rewards
The Click Club doubles as Casino Click's loyalty program. There's no invite-only VIP tier, so every player climbs the same ladder by completing missions.
| Tier | How you qualify | Key perks |
|---|---|---|
| Copper to Gold | 0 to 300 points | Gold Coins, free SC spins and Clickoins |
| Platinum to Ruby | 500 to 1,200 points | Up to 200 free SC spins and 200 Clickoins |
| Emerald | 1,800 points | $50 gift card |
| Sapphire to Legend of the House | 2,500 to 4,500 points | $200 to $500 gift card, plus 150 to 500 SC |
Every reward is published in the hub before you reach it, and the gift cards from Emerald up are the ones worth working toward. Faster redemptions or higher limits aren't listed as perks, although the Terms say limits can rise with activity and how long you've been a member.
Purchases and Redemptions at Casino Click
Gold Coin packs start at $2 for 20,000 GC with no Sweeps Coins. From $10 up, standard packs include 10,000 GC and 1 free SC per dollar, and the Build your Package tool adds 10% more coins to a custom amount.
| Pack | Price | Gold Coins | Free Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|---|
| Welcome deal (one time) | $19.99 | 550,000 | 55 |
| Starter | $2 | 20,000 | 0 |
| Standard packs | $10 to $500 | 100,000 to 5,000,000 | 10 to 500 |
| Method | Purchases | Redemptions | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Card (Visa, Mastercard) | ✅ | ❌ | Must be in your name, card copies can be requested |
| Apple Pay / Google Pay | ✅ | ❌ | Offered at checkout |
| Pay by Bank (Aeropay) | ✅ | ❌ | Offered at checkout, paid from your bank account |
| Bank transfer | ❌ | ✅ | Prizes paid in US dollars to a verified account |
| Gift cards | ❌ | Not disclosed | Mentioned only in the Terms' daily-limit clause |
| Crypto | ❌ | ❌ | Support confirmed no crypto option either way |
There's no crypto on either side of the cashier. When we asked live chat whether coins could be bought or prizes redeemed in crypto, the agent said crypto options aren't offered for purchases or redemptions, so the crypto logos in the site footer don't reflect a payment method.
The minimum redemption is 100 SC, or $100, which is standard for sweepstakes casinos. Casino Click charges no fee of its own, though a payment agent may. The daily limit is $2,500 for bank transfers, which can rise with activity and membership length, and Florida players are capped at $5,000 a day.
The Terms allow up to 10 business days for a cash prize to reach your bank, which is slow next to the 2 to 5 business days that's normal for sweepstakes casinos. High-value prizes can take longer still and may be paid in installments. Redemptions above $2,500 can trigger extra checks, and you have 30 days to send any documents Casino Click asks for.
How to Buy Coins at Casino Click
- Click Get Coins at the top of the page.
- Pick the welcome deal, a standard pack or a custom amount in Build your Package.
- Choose Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Pay by Bank and pay with a method in your own name.
- Check your Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin balances after the purchase.
How to Redeem Sweeps Coins at Casino Click
Casino Click asks for proof that the bank account is yours before it approves a prize, so have a bank statement or bank certificate ready along with your ID.
- Complete the playthrough applied to your Sweeps Coins on eligible games (1x unless Casino Click sets more).
- Open Settings, then KYC, and upload a photo ID, a selfie and a proof of address from the last 90 days.
- Upload a bank statement or certificate showing your name, account number and routing details.
- Go to Coins, then Prize Redemption, confirm your details and request at least 100 SC.
- Wait for approval, then the bank transfer.
Is Casino Click Legal and Legit?
Casino Click publishes dated, versioned Terms and Sweeps Rules and keeps a mail-in route. Against that, it never says who operates it, and the Illinois Gaming Board has sent it a cease-and-desist letter.
Company and Ownership
Neither the Terms (version 2.1, March 30, 2026) nor the Sweeps Rules (version 3.2, same date) name a company. Both call the operator “Casino Click” and describe it as an online social gaming platform governed by US law, with disputes going to individual arbitration through the American Arbitration Association. The Privacy Policy names no entity either.
FreeSpin uses the same Sweeps Rules, down to the version number, date and excluded states, which points to a shared platform. That doesn't show who owns either brand. The Terms add that unclaimed prize funds are held in accounts separate from business accounts, though they don't say where. The missing company name makes it harder to identify the business responsible for complaints and prizes, and the Terms send disputes to arbitration.
Legal and Complaint Record
The Illinois Gaming Board sent Casino Click a cease-and-desist letter dated February 4, 2026, alleging illegal online casino activity and demanding that it block Illinois residents or stop offering cash, gift cards and other prizes there. The letter is the regulator's allegation, and no court ruling is attached to it. Neither the Sweeps Rules nor the site's own state settings list Illinois as restricted.
Trustpilot has suspended Casino Click's rating “due to a breach of our guidelines” and says it removed a number of fake reviews. Of the 40 reviews left, 17 give one star and 13 give five. Casino Click replied to 19 of the 20 most recent, posted between October 2025 and October 2026, including 10 of the 11 rated one or two stars. Half of those 20 describe slow verification, slow redemptions or prizes still unpaid, and two say emailed promotions weren't honored.
A suspended score can't be read either way, so the written reviews carry more weight. They report delayed verification and redemptions, but neither the reviews nor the company replies show whether those disputes were resolved, so they don't establish how reliably Casino Click pays prizes.
Casino Click Games
The lobby holds 2,343 games across slots, live games, casual games and scratch cards. Slots make up 1,963 of them, alongside 96 live games, 83 casual games and 50 scratch cards. That's a mid-size lobby by sweepstakes standards. You can use Sweeps Coins on live and table games too, but they don't count toward the playthrough.

Casino Click Slots
The Top Games tab is made up entirely of Playnetic games, and the homepage says the Exclusive tab features Playnetic too, so a player browsing the homepage sees that studio first. The lobby tiles don't show RTP, so you need to open a game's rules or info screen to find it.
We opened 10 slots in Sweeps Coin mode and read each rules screen without playing a spin. This is a sample of popular and featured slots, not a ranking of the highest returns in the lobby.
| Game | Studio | RTP |
|---|---|---|
| Book of 99 | Relax Gaming | 99.00% |
| Epic Joker | Relax Gaming | 97.00% |
| Dragons Awakening | Relax Gaming | 96.96% |
| Fruity Loops | Playnetic | 96.60% |
| Joxer | Playnetic | 94.50% |
| Pine of Plinko 2 | Print Studios | 94.32%–94.63% |
| Gates of Hercules 10,000 | Booming Games | 93.8% |
| Wanted Dead or a Wild | Hacksaw Gaming | 92.35%–92.58% (bonus modes) |
| Le Bandit | Hacksaw Gaming | 92.2%–92.29% (bonus modes) |
| 4 Dragon Pearls | 3 Oaks | Not stated |
Nine of the 10 slots print an RTP, and returns vary widely across them, from 99% down to about 92%. The two highest, Book of 99 and Epic Joker, are the slots the Sweeps Rules exclude from the playthrough. The two Hacksaw games show figures for their bonus modes only, between 92.2% and 92.58%, and no base-game RTP. Gates of Hercules 10,000 sits at 93.8%, so checking a game's rules before you play makes a measurable difference here.
Live Dealer Games at Casino Click
The Live tab holds 96 live games. Evolution supplies 52 of them, including Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time, Funky Time, Dream Catcher, Bac Bo and Craps, and Iconic21 adds 44, mostly blackjack tables such as Speed Blackjack and Blackjack 360. You can play them with Sweeps Coins, but none count toward the 1x playthrough, so they suit SC that's already cleared on eligible games.

Other Games at Casino Click
The Casual tab mixes crash games, plinko, keno, RNG blackjack and roulette, and Hi-Lo, with Galaxys, Gaming Corps and Hacksaw supplying most of it. Galaxys also supplies 31 of the 32 games in the Fast Games tab, and the Scratchcards tab is all Hacksaw. Casino Click doesn't make any of these games itself.
Game Providers at Casino Click
Casino Click is powered by 23 third-party studios. Relax Gaming leads with 419 games, followed by Playnetic, Hacksaw Gaming, BetSoft, 3 Oaks, KA Gaming and Swintt, with Evolution and Iconic21 on the live side. NetEnt, Red Tiger, Nolimit City and Big Time Gaming each have a smaller shelf, and NetEnt's Starburst asks for browser location access before it loads. The Responsible Social Gameplay Policy says the games' random number generator is certified by iTechLabs and Gaming Associates.
Casino Click App
There's no Casino Click app in the App Store or Google Play, and the site doesn't install as a web app either. You play in the mobile browser, where the lobby, Coin Shop and rewards hub work the same way as on desktop.
Casino Click UX and Support
The layout is easy to follow. A left-hand menu leads to the lobby tabs, the rewards hub, the Click Club and promotions, and the search box covers the whole catalog. The Coin Shop, settings and history sit under one account area, with KYC and Cool Off as tabs in Settings. The help pages are the weak spot, because the FAQ still answers questions about El Royale Casino, a different site, so the Terms and Sweeps Rules are where the answers are.
How to Sign Up at Casino Click
- Open casino.click and click Sign Up.
- Enter a username, email and password, plus the personal details the form asks for, and confirm you meet the age requirement.
- Collect the 100,000 GC sign-up gift.
- Start playing with Gold Coins.
Verification is required before a prize redemption or mail-in request.
Casino Click KYC and Verification
Casino Click asks for a government photo ID, such as a passport or US driver's license, a selfie, a proof of address from the last 90 days, and a bank statement or certificate showing the account is yours. It can also ask for card copies or a completed Card Authorization Letter.
Above $2,500 in redemptions, extra checks can include source-of-funds documents, and you have 30 days to supply anything requested. These checks are normal before a sweepstakes prize. The KYC page adds that documents from customers with enough redeemable balance are reviewed with priority, without giving a processing time or saying how much balance counts.
Customer Support
Support is available by live chat, email and phone. Our live-chat question about crypto got a greeting within a minute and a full answer in under two. Casino Click's Terms set a target of 10 business days for answering complaints, or up to 20 for complex cases.

Final Verdict
Casino Click combines a mid-size lobby with 96 Evolution and Iconic21 live games, a $19.99 welcome deal worth 55 Sweeps Coins and a Click Club that pays gift cards at its top levels. Its rules are dated and versioned, nine of the 10 slots we checked print their RTP, and live chat answered our question quickly. Against that, the operator is never disclosed, the Illinois Gaming Board has sent it a cease-and-desist letter, there's no crypto on either side of the cashier, live and table games don't count toward the playthrough, and cash prizes can take up to 10 business days. It suits card-paying slot players who like missions and want live game shows on the side. Crypto users, and anyone who wants a known company behind their prizes, should look at the alternatives above.
