Rolla Casino Review

Once you verify your identity, the lobby widget offers a free coin pack worth a $10 purchase under the SC Game Rules, with 10.1 Sweeps Coins and 500,000 Gold Coins. That is a generous no-purchase start by sweepstakes standards. Some new players see a different version in the same widget, a seven-day pack of 250,000 GC and 1 SC a day, so check which one yours shows before you plan around it.

Your first purchase opens a one-time discount store. The pick of it is $9.99 for 1,250,000 Gold Coins plus 25 free Sweeps Coins, about 2.5 SC per dollar against 1 in the standard store, or 2.43 once the 2.9% purchase fee is added. A 200% version is also available for one hour, though the promotions page starts the clock when you activate it and its terms start it at registration. Compared with other sweepstakes casino sites, that first pack is good value for about $10.

Rolla Promo Code and Bonus Codes

There's no Rolla promo code to enter. The free coin pack sits in the lobby widget, and the first-purchase store opens automatically on a new account with no code box. Extra free coins come from the daily bonus, races, referrals and the mail-in route, all covered below.

Rolla Bonus Terms and Promotional SC Conditions

The SC Game Rules are versioned and dated (version 14.0, October 2026), and these are the terms that apply to promotional SC.

A 1x playthrough with no excluded games is player-friendly by sweepstakes standards. The catch sits in the same clause, which lets Rolla require up to 20x on any Sweeps Coins without notice. The 60-day expiry also starts on the day the coins arrive, not at your last login, so coins left unplayed for two months are gone.

No-spend players have several routes to Sweeps Coins, and the daily amount grows with your VIP level.

Each mail-in card earns 3 SC, a little under the 4 to 5 SC most sweepstakes casinos give. You generate an 11-digit request code on the AMOE page, handwrite it with your details and the required statement in capitals, and post it in a #10 envelope to MW Services Limited, PO Box 8205, Manchester, NH 03108. The card must be postmarked from the state on your account, and the SC Game Rules list the rest.

Daily Login and Free Coin Drops

At 1 Star the daily bonus pays up to 0.2 SC a day, or up to about 6 SC over a month, an average amount for sweepstakes casinos. The cap climbs to 1 SC at 5 Stars and 5 SC at the invite-only Superstar level, so regular players see the routine improve. On top of that, the Weekly Coin Drop picks 10 players who spun at least once to win 10,000 GC each, though that one pays Gold Coins only.

Tournaments, Races, and Seasonal Promos

Active SC players get a weekly race, a daily slot quest and an opt-in jackpot.

A weekly 25,000 SC pool split across 20 places is a solid prize for a sweepstakes site. The monthly Rolla Royale, with 100,000 SC across 100 players, ran in May 2026 only, so don't count on it returning. The jackpot is optional, and the 0.10 SC fee adds up quickly on small spins, so leave it off if you play at 0.20 SC a spin.

High Rolla VIP has six levels, from 1 Star to the invite-only Superstar. Your stars move with your activity, which covers playing, using free SC, joining promotions and chatting in the community.

Each Monday, the Weekly Rollback emails eligible players an offer worth a share of the past week's Sweeps Coin losses, up to 10% at the top levels, with an expiry date in the email. It isn't guaranteed every week, though for a regular SC player it is the perk that changes the numbers most.

The regular store starts at $0.99 for 50,000 GC, and from $1.99 up the rate is 50,000 GC plus 1 free SC per dollar. A 2.9% processing fee, capped at $10, is added to every purchase at checkout, so the $9.99 welcome pack costs about $10.28 and a $199.99 pack costs $5.80 more.

The support chat's AI agent confirmed that Rolla takes no crypto for purchases or prizes. The help center sets the minimum at 100 SC for Trustly, Skrill and MassPay and 50 SC for Prizeout gift cards, both standard for sweepstakes casinos. The SC Game Rules still name 50 SC as the cash minimum, so the Redeem page has the final word.

The help center targets one to five business days for a first redemption while Rolla sets up your payout profile, and one to three for later ones. That is a good window if Rolla keeps to it. Nothing is processed on weekends or federal holidays. You can have up to 10,000 SC pending at once, Rolla can limit redemptions to $10,000 a day, and payments over $2,500 can take longer and arrive in parts.

How to Buy Coins at Rolla

1. Complete your profile with your street address, city and zip code.
2. Pass the Level 1 check, a liveness selfie and a photo ID, when you press Buy for the first time.
3. Open Buy Coins and pick a pack from the first-purchase store or the regular store.
4. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly or Skrill in your own name.
5. Check the fee shown at checkout, confirm, and look for the coins in your balance.

How to Redeem Sweeps Coins at Rolla

If you passed the Level 1 check to buy coins or claim the free pack, the next scheduled step is proof of address. Rolla can also ask for more documents at any point, including proof of where your funds came from.

1. Check the playthrough on your SC, 1x by default or up to 20x if Rolla applies it, and finish it on any game. Jackpot contributions don't count.
2. Open Redeem and add your street address, city and zip code if the profile asks for them.
3. Complete the Level 1 check if you haven't yet, then upload proof of address from the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
4. Pick Trustly, Skrill, MassPay or Prizeout and enter at least the minimum shown, which the help center puts at 100 SC for cash methods and 50 SC for a gift card.
5. Track the request under My Redemptions. The help center targets up to five business days for the first one.

Rolla identifies its operator, publishes dated rules and follows the standard sweepstakes model with a mail-in route. Illinois's gaming regulator has challenged that model, and recent player complaints center on redemptions.

Company and Ownership

The Terms (version 2.0, published November 28, 2025) name MW Services Limited, a Gibraltar company registered as number 120828, together with WOWCOM Services Inc., a Delaware corporation, and the SC Game Rules name MW Services Limited as the sponsor. MW Services also operates WOW Vegas, its older sister brand, and the two share a platform. Rolla launched in 2025.

Legal and Complaint Record

The Illinois Gaming Board sent Rolla a cease-and-desist letter dated February 4, 2026, saying it had reason to believe Rolla was operating an illegal online casino under Illinois law. The letter sets out the regulator's position and demands that Rolla block Illinois residents or stop offering cash, gift cards and other prizes there. Separately, Rolla's operator, MW Services Ltd., was sued in two class actions over WOW Vegas filed in Illinois federal courts in July 2025 (Wieseman, C.D. Ill. 25-cv-3216, and Mayhone, N.D. Ill. 25-cv-8956).

Trustpilot rates Rolla 4.5 out of 5 from 2,263 reviews, with 1,769 five-star and 240 one-star reviews. The profile is claimed and hasn't invited reviews recently, and Rolla has answered 70% of its 201 negative reviews, usually within five days. The replies stopped in late July, though. Of the 20 newest one-star reviews, from mid-September on, six describe redemptions left pending for days or weeks, five more say they couldn't get a redemption through at all, and seven say only an AI bot or no one answered them.

Most ratings on the profile are five stars, but star counts don't show how most players feel, and three of the 20 newest five-star reviews mention a redemption the reviewer was still waiting on or struggling with. Against the help center's one-to-five-day target for a first redemption, these complaints describe longer waits.

Rolla's All Games page lists 2,382 games, almost all of them slots, plus 17 scratch cards, 14 shooting and fish games and five Rolla Originals. There are no live dealer or table games. That is a large lobby for a sweepstakes site.

Rolla Slots

The slot lobby splits into Popular, New, Low Spins, Classic Slots, Hold and Spin, Hold and Win and Megaways tabs, with a search page and a Random Game button. Opening a game first shows a card with its maximum multiplier, play range, volatility and studio. The card no longer shows the RTP, so you have to open a game's rules screen to find it.

We opened eight games from the Popular row, plus Rolla's own Diamonds, in Gold Coin mode and read each rules screen without playing a spin. This is a sample of popular games, not a ranking of the highest returns in the lobby.

In this nine-game Gold Coin sample, the returns range from 93.92% to 95%, below the 96% common on online slots. The readings don't show the RTP of the rest of the lobby or of the Sweeps Coin versions. Some figures also differ from the public game data the site loads, which lists 96.01% for Mystic Alaska and 98.03% for Diamonds. Trust the rules screen inside the game, and note that the SC Game Rules let Rolla change any game's RTP.

Other Games at Rolla

Rolla Originals is a set of five in-house games, Limbo, Diamonds, Dice, Mines and Dragon Tower. Diamonds, the one we opened, has a Game Info panel showing 93.92% and a 6.08% house edge. The rest of the instant side comes from third-party studios, with 17 scratch cards from Hacksaw Gaming and others and 14 JILI shooting games such as Ocean Hunter and Mega Fishing.

Rolla is powered by 36 third-party studios plus its own Originals. RubyPlay, BGaming, JILI, Habanero, Evoplay, Betsoft and Hacksaw Gaming supply the most games, with 3 Oaks, Penguin King, Nolimit City, Booming Games, Big Time Gaming, NetEnt and Red Tiger behind them. That is a full roster of recognizable names, although Pragmatic Play and Evolution aren't in the lobby. Some studios are also switched off by location, so the count you see can be slightly lower.

You won't find Rolla in the App Store or Google Play. The site installs as a standalone web app when you add it to your home screen from the browser, and it offers the same lobby, purchases and redemptions as the desktop site.

Getting around is simple. The left menu shows your Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin balances, the daily Reel Quest progress and your VIP stars, and links to Buy Coins, Redeem, Promotions, the jackpot and Customer Help. A community chat lets players talk to each other, and Spending Controls in the account menu holds the purchase limits and the Take a Break option.

How to Sign Up at Rolla

1. Open rolla.com and choose to register.
2. Enter your email and a password, and pass the AgeChecker age check.
3. Verify your email address and add your street address, city and zip code to your profile.
4. Complete the Level 1 check with a liveness selfie and a photo ID.
5. Claim the welcome offer your lobby widget shows, the 10.1 SC coin pack or the seven-day pack.

Signing up takes a few minutes, though the ID check comes before you can claim the free SC or buy anything, which makes the flow heavier than a plain email sign-up.

Rolla KYC and Verification

Rolla verifies in two stages through Sumsub. Level 1, a liveness selfie and a photo ID, comes before your first purchase and before the free coin pack, and Level 2, proof of address dated within the last three months, comes before your first redemption. The help center says valid documents usually clear within minutes, and the Terms give you seven days to send anything requested before the account can be deactivated.

Source-of-funds checks are possible at any time, which is normal practice before a sweepstakes prize, so have your documents ready before the first one to keep it moving.

Customer Support

Customer Help opens an Intercom chat staffed by an AI agent, backed by a help center of 72 articles and email support. The agent answered each of our questions in full in under a minute, quoting the help center. When we asked for a person, it replied that Rolla doesn't offer live support and kept answering itself. Formal complaints get a reply within five calendar days, or up to 10 for a longer investigation.
